Address format: 1234 Middle ST N or 321 E Tenth AVE
- Street directions are a single letter.
- Street types are abbreviated to 2 or 3 characters. 

Parcel ID format: 08-001-002-003 
- All parcels within the Borough of Doylestown will start with 08 followed by 3 numbers, a dash, 3 numbers and an optional additional dash with 3 more numbers.

Owner name format: "Last, First M & First M"; "Last, First M & First M Other-Last"; or "Townsville Holdings LLC"
- Middle initials are optional. 
- If both owners have the same last name it will only be listed once.
